Austin, Texas · Available for AI Engineer roles

IAM Engineer
by design.

IAM engineer by trade, AI engineer by design — I spent years securing enterprise identity at scale, and I'm now applying that same rigor to building and shipping AI systems.

The
pivot.

I spent the last several years inside enterprise identity — SailPoint implementations, access governance, RPA integrations — the unglamorous plumbing that keeps large organizations secure. Somewhere in the middle of upgrading IIQ instances and writing provisioning rules, I got hooked on the systems making decisions rather than just enforcing them. So I started re-skilling deliberately: data structures and algorithms, ML foundations, PyTorch, backend and API engineering — and shipping projects instead of just collecting certificates. This site is both a resume and a receipt.

A prompt management API for LLM applications

My primary hands-on project for the AI Engineer transition — a backend service for storing, organizing, versioning, and retrieving LLM prompts, built the way I'd want production infrastructure built, not a weekend toy.

Outcome — Full versioning + auth + migration story, containerized and deployed — proof of backend/API engineering depth, not just notebook experiments.

An LLM-powered chatbot that answers questions about my background

Deployed on Hugging Face Spaces and embedded live on this site — it answers questions about my experience, skills, education, and projects. This is a shipped, deployed AI project in its own right, not a widget bolted onto a resume site.

Outcome — Live, publicly deployed, and handling real conversational Q&A about my career — talk to it below.

Cyber Threat Detection System — Log Analysis

ML-based log analysis for security operations

Implemented a machine learning–based log analysis system leveraging MISP, TheHive, and the ELK Stack to help triage and classify security events.

Outcome — Analyzed production logs and cut false positives by 25%. [CONFIRM WITH MANEESH: a second metric for this project got cut off in the source material — what was it, and is there a repo/link to share?]

AI Self-Checkout System

Computer-vision-powered self-checkout, built at Digit7

In-machine cameras detect products, image segments are sent to a deep-learning model deployed via Kubernetes on edge devices for classification, product data is retrieved from a database, and the customer is billed automatically.

Outcome — Migrated from detection to segmentation, cutting model training time by 5x.

Daily Habit & Routine Tracker

A calm, self-contained personal productivity app

A single-file React component with a weighted daily score ring, habit/diet/supplement tracking, and a reflection journal. No backend, no external dependencies — just localStorage and a clear UI.

Outcome — A small, complete, dependency-free build — evidence of clean frontend fundamentals alongside the backend/AI work.
